Vir Island - the dynamically developing tourist paradise:

Vir Island lies at a distance of 25 km from Zadar, the capital of north Dalmatia. The island is connected to the land by a bridge that can be used free of charge. From the aspect of tourism, the island has developed considerably in the recent few years and this also applies to the construction-level of the infrastructural network.
The most important investments have been started on the island since 2007 after that the final arrangement plan was issued. Such investments are e.g.: high-speed road connecting Zadar and Vir, the construction of the waste water system and the water feed pump system belonging to it, asphalt laying on the streets, construction of public lighting, implementation of promenades, bays, ports, building a school and a hospital.

Due to the developments and investments, Vir Island is becoming a competitor of the holiday paradises of Croatia. Therefore, the market price of the apartments will also increase, which can achieve 2-3000 Euro per square metre.
The domestic drilled well systems will cease, the waste water will be connected to the municipal system and the lit promenades and ports are continuously built. In addition, real estates without documentation are legalised owing to the flexible activities of the newly opened building offices.
